Britney did some shopping in LA yesterday and it looks like she didn't get the memo that not everyone can rock the pants-free look. She also clearly forgot one of her blue contacts. Maybe she had a reason to show off her ass and dual eye shade look, but we thought she was over looking so disheveled.
