OMG, she looks like 11 years old boy

I can understand that she doesn't want to talk about her weight and her extreme boneyness, but it really irritates me when she creates public speculation by wearing clothing like that which emphasises it to such a degree. She knows that these photos are going to end up in magazines and places like popsugar and that they're going to start the anorexia rumour mill again, so why does she do it? If she doesn't want us talking about her weight, fine. Just don't make it so glaringly obvious that we have to talk about it!

first time the rumores started was also because of her dress on the pirates premiere - the same bony chest and back. I agree with Kazo - she really should stop doing this,I can bet she has a whole closet of beautiful dresses that don't make her look so scraggy

What is the obsession with huge boobs? I think revealing dresses look much more classy on this type of figure. She looks hot. And she has always this thin. Didn't anyone see her in Bend It Like Beckham? She was super thin and in her teens. It's just how her body is. Some people don't struggle to stay thin.

I don't think she's scary thin-- if she were you would see the top of her rib cage start to show under her collarbone. She just has no boobs and very sculpted face, nothing to be ashamed of. Her makeup needs some work though...

This dress looks like something Helena Bonham Carter would wear. I don't think it's a good look for Keira, particularly if she wants to downplay being thin.

She is just plain annoying. I don't even find her that attractive, she has great eyes but a weird pointy mouth - well, at least when se talks. when she pouts like this she is prettier, but oh so annoying..

The dress is by Rodarte and honestly looked better on Jessica Stam, the model who wore it in the runway show. And Jessica Stam is ALOT skinnier than Keira. So I think Keira looks odd in this dress because she has a very boyish body. It's not delicate and you can tell if she worked out hardcore she'd be one of those women that gets really muscular like Jennifer Garner. She has an athletic body.

Has anyone ever thought about how hard/obnoxious it must be for Keira to wear what she wants and just get comments asking if she has an eating disorder just because she's naturally thin? Why should she have to change her style and her taste just for ignorant people who ask insensitive questions? I find it offensive how people nowadays are so impolite to others. Also, even though she says she doesn't want to be bothered, maybe she wears this sort of clothing to show that she doesn't care what others think. Also, I feel that she looks absolutely gorgeous in this dress and anything else she wears.

Dude, this is NOT naturally thin. Remember what she looked like BEFORE losing 30 pounds.
