It's Rachel Stevens - she was in S Club 7. She looks like she's put quite a bit of weight on.

Not a flattering pose in this picture so the dress looks too tight, but she's not fat. She looks healthy. Perhaps it's difficult to think so when comparing her to celebrities like Victoria
Beckham, Jenna Jameson, and Nicole Ritchie (pre-preggers) who have gotten too thin.
Lord ...when are people going to realize that not everyone has the will, time, dedication and capacity to spend 2 hours at the gym for 6 days a week, we are not all thin, and just because
you are a celebrity doesn't mean you should go nuts...honestly Jessica Simpson is getting a wee bit too muscular, and don't get me started on keira knightley. Life is not about being
skinny...what's the point of losing weight if you're going to end up looking like a bobblehead? Good for you guys who are miraculously thin but for the rest of us "fatties" like rachel stevens
and beyonce its really difficult to end up like Nicole richie which most of us don't want anyway.
