While many expected fashion-conscious celebrities made it to NY Fashion Week this time around, there was plenty of love for unlikely fashionistas as well. CK underwear model Djimon Honsou helped celebrate Us Weekly's 25 Most Fashionable New Yorkers and Kanye took a break from all the hubbub and tantrums surrounding his album to stop by Ghita's front row with his fiance.
