Alba Earns Some Pocket Cash Babysitting

Back together like nothing ever went wrong, Jessica and Cash spent some time hanging out with a pint sized buddy and getting a mani/pedi (for her) in LA yesterday. In typical Alba fashion she looked ready for the southern California "fall" with a scarf and tank top combo. Blah, fedora.
