Lindsay Lohan was back with a smile on her face taking a break from Cirque Lodge with some fellow rehabbers on Sunday afternoon. Her dad wasn't in town for their bonding trip just yet, but Lindsay looks happy enough to see her old friends the paparazzi. Hopefully that isn't a bad sign for Linds — girlfriend is clearly happy to keep her name in the tabloids.

7the hair is waaay too light, i still prefer her as a ginger.

9I just read she's been failing her drug test in rehab and that's why she's still there. She tested positive for cocaine and different types of pills. Although some are prescribed to her, she'll take anything to get high.
