Eva Mendes partied it up in NYC last night to celebrate being the cover girl of Gotham Magazine's October issue. She didn't have any hot co-stars to join her this time around, but luckily Eva and her intense dress (check out those neck straps) know how to shine brightly all on their own. As it turns out, Eva told the magazine that she even had to help convince Mark Wahlberg to join the cast of We Own The Night.
