Elle celebrated its Women in Hollywood issue with a big party in LA last night. Scarlett, the issue's cover girl, stood out in her black dress and blue accents. Are you loving her look, or is her blonde on blonde too much?
She's pretty but not in a natural way, I think. I remember Marilyn Monroe when I see Scarlett, I don't like her either. The both, in my opinion, don't seem natural and I can't see their
appeal. Especially Scarlett.
