probably had the same surgeon
and the same eyes (facial expression).
They are very similar looking, but Posh's sister is a lot more normal looking (weight-wise!)
wow they look a lot alike!! posh is just way thinner! lol not that shes big or anything, posh is just like the smallest person ever haha
