That tatoo is actually a STAR tattoo she got years back.
electro pop is right. she's had that for a long time now. you could see it clearly when those pics were taken of her a year or so ago where it looked like she had scars on her wrists... i
think she just covers it up at red carpet events b/c it's not that noticeable in those pics.
