Britney was wearing a pirate costume to celebrate Blackout on Tuesday, but last night was obviously the big event. After she went out for Halloween with Sean Preston and sad puppy dog Jayden James, Brit whipped out her slutty hot pink cat suit and headed to Heidi Klum's annual Halloween party (more on that soon). Looks like she partied hard with her friends by her side, who were dressed like photographers from X17 and TMZ — how clever.
