Ashley Olsen opted out of traditional Halloween fare, instead spending last night at The Police concert at MSG. Absent from her side for the first night this week, however, was her new "friend" Lance Armstrong. Oh yeah, you read that right, it wasn't just one fluke night that Lance and Ashley were seen getting cozy around Manhattan.
