LA girl Rachel Bilson fit right in around Manhattan over the weekend, strolling around NoLiTa and grabbing lunch with a male friend. The dude is cute and all (a little bit of an Elijah Wood vibe?), but I'm guessing it's just a friendship — nothing more than a hug goodbye. In all likelihood, R-Bils is in town for pleasure (mmmm, shopping), but I'd still like to think that perhaps she's there to meet about some big job.
