It was jeans for some (Kid Rock, of course) and gowns for others at last night's 41st Annual Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. Nicole Kidman definitely brought the most bang to the red carpet in her bold dress — sure it looks a little like one of those cheesy college dorm felt-y posters, but it's not like she can't pull it off. Carrie Underwood looked typically great while fellow former Idol-er Kellie Picker looked surprisingly demure for her.

3Dress color is too pale - washes her out. A little too fru-fru for CMAs? Reminds me of a set of sheer draperies I have hanging on my windows...
