Ryan Phillippe looked a bit, shall we say, rugged around LA yesterday afternoon. If he wasn't a movie star, this is totally the type of dude that would come off a little bit shady, right? As much as it hurts deep down inside to say, he's looking a little too Spencer Pratt (ugh, vomit) with the scraggly facial hair.

How could TeamSugar compare Ryan to Spencer. Ew! Even with the scruff, Ryan still looks a million times better than even clean-shaven Spencer!
