Mandy Moore looked a little blah leaving a home decor store in LA yesterday afternoon. She's one of those girls who can go from glamorous to every day in a few short hours, but it's still always a little bit surprising. Her Fiji water bottle makes me think she may be pre/post workout, but I can't deride Mandy for keeping it low key just running some errands.
