Britney Spears looked a little worried pulling into the Four Seasons hotel with Sam by her side last night. She's been laying pretty low this week, after even more rumors about why she failed her drug test (which is now apparently because of her ADD meds) and that she was off in Vegas last weekend getting liposuction. Unfortunately, she couldn't keep a low profile forever, especially when she ran over another photographer's foot.
