Matthew McConaughey was all cleaned up and showing off his smile and baby blues while out and about in LA yesterday. He didn't have Camila by his side this time, but maybe she was back at the beach working on her paddle-surfing skills. We would think that a model like Camila would prefer to be with her man while he's out in the city rather than on the beach, but it turns out that she loves the the great outdoors just as much as he does.
