Ok, people need to remember that children are growing and will change many times before they reach adulthood so it isn't fair to say they are going to be ugly based off of one bad pic.

If those are her kids, it's a good thing their dad is a plastic surgeon! Lol. And to those people who ask how anyone can call a kid ugly, we're obviously talking about aesthetics, and it's just like seeing someone on the street and thinking they're ugly without knowing anything further about them. Maybe they've got hearts of gold. They're still physically unattractive in the opinion of you or someone else. Why would kids be exempt from that? They get a free pass because they're young, and that automatically means they're cute? Sorry, but no. Just...no.
