Britney may not get to spend Thanksgiving with her boys but hopefully someone other than her new manager Sam will act as her family this holiday season. The singer was spotted yet again leaving the Four Seasons (seriously, what is it with Brit and that place?). At least Sam was keeping it healthy with an apple snack.
