Britney Spears was looking pretty decent (other than the boots, naturally), out to dinner at Mirabelle with a waiter at the restaurant who is her supposed new man, Michael Marchand. According to Life&Style, Michael is a struggling actor (current waiter) who Brit became enamored with a few weeks back. The two have been on a few dates and he's not denying his involvement with her, coyly telling the magazine, "I can’t talk about that now."
