Paris Hilton is certainly taking advantage of her time in Shanghai, leaving not a second of her precious time away from the eye of the camera. Her whirlwind tour soldiered on, leaving Paris spending her Thanksgiving chowing down on a skewer of fruit rather than turkey. It was all leading up to Friday's big event, the 2007 MTV Style Gala where she was the guest of honor.
