Britney Spears looked a little somber (and no, she's not topless, just an off the shoulder shirt) driving into her current home, the Four Seasons, in LA last night. Yesterday was big for Brit's legal team — they were granted their continuance until January in her driving case (though almost 80% of you think she should be on probation) and they worked out the Christmas custody details with Kevin's lawyer. Britney will apparently be getting the boys for the holiday since Kevin got them for Thanksgiving dinner, seems fair.
