Ashlee Simpson showed off her sultry eyes (but no smiles) for the December issue of Cosmo Girl. She's got a new album coming out this month and a new found confidence to go along with it. I must say that I've always had a soft spot for Ash, despite all her ridiculousness, so I'm giving her a big high five for being (or at least seeming) happy.

8I usually cannot stand this girl; she is so annoying. She was on her show at least. Anyway, even though I can't stand her, she looks really, really pretty in this photo.
9I think she looks great and she looks so much like Jessica in this picture! I think she might have been straying away from that but when you are sisters you can't really help it!
