Nicole's Get Out of Anti-Drinking Program Free Card

Nicole and Joel are sticking to their black and white, and her to her heels, out grabbing coffee during another day strolling around LA. It's not like these two aren't keeping busy in productive ways, but they do seem to have a fair amount of free time and Nicole's schedule just opened up even more. She's been granted leave from her court-mandated, anti-drinking program due to her pregnancy and their worry that it will somehow impede her safety.

Is it safe for her to be wearing those high heels so long into her pregnancy? I'd so terrified of tripping or falling and getting hurt.
