Paris Hilton spent her Sunday shopping in Miami in her typically understated style — from the dress, to the sunglasses, to the Chanel bag, to the paparazzi entourage. She was in town all weekend to promote her fragrance, enjoy Art Basel and apparently trail her ex Stavros Niarchos around town like a puppy. According to Page Six she followed him from club to club, screaming at him for attention and at one point even getting into a physical altercation with his date.
