Most celebs wait until they are further along before announcing. At least until they are in their 2nd trimester.
When is she due? If she is having that baby (so strange) early summer, she should be at least 3 months along which means it is fine to tell. I think we are actually due around the same
time.

I'm pretty sure she did it to get more publicity. If anything people will be photographing her more. I mean she says she "hates" the paparazzi but caters to them, in the same way she "hates
showing off her body," yet her acting roles consist of little more than parading around in string bikinis. Full of contradictions.
And by did it I mean announce it.
