I'm soon to be 16, and I was shocked. It always shocks me to hear about things like this. In school they teach you about waiting until marriage (at least they did my freshmen year) and safe
sex. But I think more of my decision came from me and my mom. If she's ever taught me anything it's to wait. I have friends who are moms and one who's almost due. We're only 15-17 years old
and I feel bad for them but they made the mistake. I hope Jamie's mistake doesn't influence other girls to think that maybe it's not so bad. But Jamie isn't the average girl. It's easy for
her and her family to smile about it in the end and know that they'll be ok. Had a similar thing happened to me, I'd be in a world of trouble.
