Mischa Barton showed her face for the first time since last week's DUI arrest, and, shockingly, she was all done up and ready for the occasion. Ha. In fact, the paparazzi just so happened to catch Miss Barton looking all wholesome in a pensive moment with her dogs, no doubt thinking about what she did wrong and how she'll NEVER make the same mistakes again.
