After her quick trip to the hospital on Tuesday, Gwyneth Paltrow was out and about in NYC again yesterday. We're glad to see that she's feeling better but unfortunately her husband Chris Martin had a not-so-friendly encounter with the paparazzi when he was helping Gwyn into the car after leaving Mount Sinai. Chris obviously wasn't happy with the photographers swarming his wife, and started a fight with one of them.
