A very pregnant Jennifer Lopez arrived at the Gramercy Park Hotel in NYC with Marc Anthony for her baby shower this weekend. Lopez' Maid in Manhattan producer, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, hosted the event which included guests like Diane Sawyer, Leah Remini and Roberto Cavalli. The initial rumors of twins continued, as the decor was supposedly both pink and blue colored.
