Rachel Bilson braved the harsh (heh) LA weather in her jacket and red hat visiting a friend yesterday afternoon. She also kept some precious cargo safe from the elements — those Christian Louboutins in their trademark bright red bag. Mmmm, lucky girl with Loubs to spare.
