Christina Aguilera made her first public appearance last night and while it is understandably hard to conceal her larger breasts, Xtina did not shy away from showing off that cleavage. The singer had a busy day including an early morning interview with Ryan Seacrest, voting in the primaries and then in the evening she signed copies of her "Back To Basics: Live And Down Under" DVD at Best Buy in LA.
