Britney has just been released from the hospital and sadly it doesn't seem like her time spent under psychiatric evaluation has had a profound effect. She's already back behind the wheel, and inviting her paparazzo friend to drive her around town. Of course Brit still managed to create drama and was followed by over 20 cars while Fox News felt the need to do a live broadcast of the "car chase."
