Cameron Diaz was out enjoying the sunny weather in LA over the weekend, but some cloudy business affairs in NYC are getting in the way of all her fun. Apparently she and Ellen Pompeo are both interested in the same $5.5 million apartment, despite Cameron having had her eye on the space longer. Cameron's real estate dreams would explain why she's spent so much time in NYC lately — but even if she becomes an East Coast homeowner, Cameron will always be the ultimate California girl.
