Patrick Dempsey was one lucky man sandwiched between his hot wife and Megan Fox checking out the Versace show at Milan Fashion Week last night. Earlier in the day the woman on his arm was, um, not either of those ladies and instead was Donatella herself. Patrick is the face of the brand these day and a mighty fine one if I do say so myself.
