Don't get me wrong, Rachel Bilson's new bangs look pretty good, but it's still a little surprising to see her with them out and about in LA over the weekend. She looks so different (duh, I know). Hayden was nowhere to be seen, but R-Bils got some serious hugs from her little sister Hattie when she arrived back at home.
