Mischa was caught kissing a new boy in LA yesterday however this is not her supposed new boyfriend, Brett Simon. Considering she looks like she's in costume we're thinking maybe this guy is a co-star but you never know with Mischa these days. From the headband I'm guessing it's not that Gossip Girl role she just turned down.
