Wanted man Shia LaBeouf took a break from his life of committing misdemeanors for a photoshoot in LA yesterday, but it looks like his latest run-in with the law hasn't affected his gross habit. The good news is that he did address his legal issues and plead not guilty to his unlawful smoking charge. He'll have to wait until April 24 to hear the verdict, and supposedly could serve a maximum sentence of six months in jail in addition to a $1,000 fine.
