Beyonce got glammed up for the Amfar Gala in NYC last night, but we're not loving the hair. It's not as bad as Denise's birdsnest, but it's still a bit harsh for B. The event was to honor John Demsey, Whoopi Goldberg and Bill Roedy, but Beyonce was celebrating as well.
