So, here's the deal. Either Katherine is wearing a fur-lined jacket while helping out at this dog adoption drive, which is an interesting, if not a little ironic, choice. Or, Katherine is wearing a faux fur-lined jacket while helping out at this dog adoption drive and apparently didn't get the memo that much of the faux fur out there is actually made of dog, which is pretty freaking ironic*, if you ask me.
