Orlando headed back to London this week after enjoying himself in LA for some Oscar fun. Evidently Mr. Bloom was seen getting pretty close to rumored love Penelope Cruz at Prince's Oscar party at his house in the Hollywood Hills. According to a witness:
"Penélope and Orlando couldn't keep their hands off one another - they were making out the whole night.
