It's been a pretty non-stop week in New York for everyone's favorite hair chameleon, Lindsay Lohan. One might think she would lay low after the maybe/maybe not running down a paparazzi (meanwhile, check out the video of the incident -- he basically throws himself on her car and starts wailing for no reason), but not Lindsay! Plus her father has been released from his upstate NY jail and obviously wasted no time before talking to the press about hoping that Lindsay will "open the door" in reconnecting with him, but that doesn't force Lindsay into seclusion either!
