Hilary Duff hit up Club Element in LA this week. It's not often that Hil lets down her veneer(s) -- I kid, I kid, her teeth look great -- and hits the town with her 19-year-old peers (don't ask about the drinking age in LA, it's fluid), but it's certainly good that she lets herself relax a little. With her big, more adult album, Dignity, coming out in a couple weeks, gotta believe girlfriend needs some down time.
