Lindsay announced her return to LA in the best way she knows how -- lunch at The Ivy. Needless to say, the local paparazzi were thrilled. Her little stint in NYC seems to have been more for pleasure (and the occasional vehicular incident) than business, and we certainly got our share of her gallivanting around Manhattan, but I'm sure Linds could use a vacation after her vacation.
