Last month, Britney Spears made huge enormous waves with an impromptu visit to a hair salon. This weekend, a far healthier looking Britney went out for the first time since leaving rehab and one of her first stops was right back at a hair salon. This Saturday excursion followed Friday night's dance class/sushi eating, pictures of which are coming up in a little bit.
