I'm all about Mary-Kate's new hair color, but would it kill her to wash the damn stuff? Seriously. This weekend, the diminutive starlet stepped out of the Dualstar offices for a smoke break looking half sassy half lumberjack (in mullet terms that is: Logging on the top, street walking on the bottom).
