Paris, wearing some of the least believable extensions I've ever seen and that questionably enhanced chest (otherwise, cute), stepped out to celebrate Brett Ratner's birthday at Prime Grill in LA Wednesday night. She looked to be in good spirits, but the latest controversy surrounding the heiress would surely rain on her spray tan parade. Back in September, Paris was charged with a DUI after her one margarita/need for In-N-Out incident.
