Nicole Richie gave us our first peek at Harlow since her People Magazine debut on their way out to a kids' party in LA on Friday. Looks like it left the adorable little one all tuckered out — awww. Among the other celebrity families in attendance was Nicole's new favorite necklace designer, Jennifer Meyer and her daughter Ruby.
