Mischa Barton officially accepted her plea deal today and to celebrate she went out for a nice little photo op afternoon on the beach yesterday. In typical Mischa photoshoot fashion, she looked wholesome and clean while doing wholesome and clean things like playing in the waves and reading a book. I mean, hey, she gets a lot of unnecessary flack about her body so more power to her.

2haha, i've said my share about mischa's body in the past, but if she's happy with the way that she looks...then good for her.

11I have to agree for a skinny girl she has a terrible body. You can tell she doesn't work out. Of course I'm not a fan so it's not hard for me to make snarky remarks about her.

13yeah, i can see ankles, and she is still sporting a bangin bod. and did it ever occur to you that she was nasty thin/annorexic while filming the oc? id much rather her be like this than how she was before. AND shes climbing an effin hill, gravity kicks in when your climbing, lay off
